Inspecteo — an end-to-end tool

Designed from scratch based on user needs and existing technical constraints.

  • Requirements analysis — started from the account manager's raw field inventory of needs, not an interface.
  • Structuring — mind-mapped the needs, then mapped user pathways and flows before any screen.
  • Design — wireframes translating each need into screen zoning, consistent with the product, later rolled out across the suite.
  • Delivery — close dev follow-up, regular reviews to catch gaps early.

Impact

Fewer developer round-trips thanks to precise handoff specs and early problem detection.

The Design System — building the foundation

Before integrating AI, a coherent base was needed. I designed a Design System covering 15+ applications.

  • Modular components adapted to professional and mobile contexts
  • Development time reduced by ~30%
  • Form completion rate improved by 25% through UX optimisation of complex forms

The AI assistant — designing the human–AI relationship

Integrating an AI chatbot into a professional interface raises a question most apps ignore: the user must distinguish what the AI knows from what it infers. A wrong answer in a compliance audit is not an anecdote.

  • AI as assistant — it surfaces information, flags problems and regulatory gaps, but always leaves the user in control of next actions.
  • Contextual and global — a two-mode system: a global assistant accessible anywhere, and a contextual one adapting to the current screen without breaking the workflow.

Key insight

Trust in AI isn't built by making it more powerful — it's built by making its reasoning visible and its limits explicit. A user who understands what the AI can and cannot do becomes a collaborator, not a hostage.
