UX redesign of a compliance SaaS used by 300+ clients — designing the human–AI relationship where a wrong answer is not an anecdote.
Preventeo is a SaaS platform used by 300+ clients — large enterprises, SMEs and public-sector organisations — to manage their compliance, risk and business-process systems (HSE, environment, health & safety).
Work carried out during the product's international expansion, integrating global regulatory intelligence across 330 jurisdictions in 35 languages through the Enhesa partnership.
Scope: AI-driven onboarding chatbot, expert compliance workflows, navigation within high-density regulatory databases, and management dashboards.
Designed from scratch based on user needs and existing technical constraints.

Fewer developer round-trips thanks to precise handoff specs and early problem detection.
Before integrating AI, a coherent base was needed. I designed a Design System covering 15+ applications.

Integrating an AI chatbot into a professional interface raises a question most apps ignore: the user must distinguish what the AI knows from what it infers. A wrong answer in a compliance audit is not an anecdote.

Trust in AI isn't built by making it more powerful — it's built by making its reasoning visible and its limits explicit. A user who understands what the AI can and cannot do becomes a collaborator, not a hostage.
