01 Context

KeeSystem is a Monegasque software company. KeeSense — its product — is portfolio-management software used by asset managers, family offices and private banks across Europe and internationally. It is deployed with around 40 clients (Monaco, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Portugal, Spain, the UK, Austria, Brazil), integrates 150+ custodian banks, and over 90% of users spend more than two hours a day on the platform.

Scope: multi-asset-class wealth-consolidation interfaces (equities, bonds, private equity, property, art), CRM, KYC and regulatory-compliance modules (GDPR, AMLA), and a secure client portal.

The constraint

The product was built on FileMaker — a constraint specific to this company, ill-suited to modern UI standards. The challenge: fluid, readable, consistent interfaces within that platform's native constraints. It durably shaped how I approach legacy products.
