Hager

Hager is a leader in electrical-infrastructure installation, serving specialised technicians. My role spanned three axes:

• Workflows for panel-builders and electrical configurators on large infrastructure. User verbatim: « it’s logical, it follows the procedure and it helps me too », « we’re warned when it’s going to be risky », « it’s what I wanted ».
• Contributing to the Hager Design System: lightening the interface, contextualising features, improving accessibility.
• Enabling non-design teams: involving them in the projects' evolution, transmitting UX principles, sharing research insights.
