Salvo — Autoroutes Trafic

Salvo provides big-data tools to motorway operators and local authorities for monitoring and maintaining their road networks. The product was feature-rich but hard for operators to exploit — the cause being information that was too dense and poorly architected.

• Reworking the tool's structure into a simpler, more intuitive architecture — user verbatim: « I know where to go, I'm less lost », « it looks more like what I imagine ».
• Proposing screen zoning that surfaces the relevant features (raising usage of the Mapping and At-risk-sections tools).
• Making highly technical tools easier to understand.
